Hidaya is an AI-powered Islamic companion application operated by Bamboo Growth Agency - FZCO ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). The Service provides Islamic guidance, prayer times, Quranic verses, and spiritual content to help users strengthen their faith and daily practice.

3. Use License and Restrictions

Permitted Use

• Personal, non-commercial use of the application
• Accessing Islamic content for spiritual growth and education
• Using prayer time reminders and daily reflection features

Prohibited Use

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful conduct
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or reselling any portion of the Service without permission
• Using the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Misrepresenting the Islamic content or guidance provided by the Service

4. Islamic Content and Guidance

The Islamic content, verses, hadith, and guidance provided through Hidaya are sourced from authentic Islamic texts and scholarship. However, the AI-generated interpretations and guidance should not replace consultation with qualified Islamic scholars for important religious matters.

Users are encouraged to verify important religious guidance with local Islamic authorities or qualified scholars.

5. User Accounts and Privacy

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of Hidaya may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bamboo Growth Agency - FZCO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
